Our small English Country Estate is in a picturesque private location, on the Cotswold edge / Severn Vale in Gloucestershire -
3 miles Junction13 off the M 5. ideally placed for Family & Friends Reunions, well behaved Hens & Stags, Anniversary & Birthday Parties, Company Celebrations, Group holidays, & Historic Houses or Garden Tours, Walking / Golf / Fishing -
& most are Child & Pet friendly. We have a few cots & high chairs.

Also - choice of 2 extra Party rooms available free
with certain cottage combinations
1. Adjoining the Old Stables - a Party / Dining / Seminar room,
to seat 18 - 50+, with Tables, Chairs, Heating, Hostess Trolley, extra Fridges, Crockery, Cutlery, Glass etc. Table Tennis, Conservatory, Music Centre + Karaoke & microphone & TV screen available if The Old Stables is booked together with either the West Wing Apartment, &/or Lodge & Church Cottages
- can seat up to 50
2. Behind the Walk Farm House Cottages - a small Barn with heating, Wood Burning Stove, undercover double bay BBQ,
Table Tennis, tables, chairs, - free to use if Walk Farmhouse is included in the booking from the 4 Walk Farm House cottages
- can seat up to 30

N.B. We now have a separate broadband internet wireless station available in Whitminster House for use of our cottage visitors if urgently required

WEDDING RECEPTIONS - with a difference - for a very personal & private venue designed to meet your individual choices - & Garden Parties or Corporate Functions - in combination with our Self Catering accommodations which together can sleep up to 58 for your family & friends, - plus a hired Marquee on our extensive lawns. Caterers, Disco, Bands etc. and easy to work with professional photographers, can all be arranged for you. We have 3 options within our grounds to site the Marquee, with ample parking for each.
