Opposite Lodge Cottage, this similarly-built mellow brick, but larger, Victorian cottage also has an open fireplace, period features, a private garden with BBQ,  extensive views, and parking for approximately 4 cars. A Conservatory extension to the Dining room has lovely views & can seat 10+
And this cottage combines very well with the Lodge Cottage opposite to sleep 10 - 11* 
  



Church Cottage: sleeps 7 - (or 6 in separate beds)

Ground floor: Open-plan sitting room with log fireplace, leading into a large Conservatory dining area with extending table* & extensive views. Colour TV/DVD & Video. Separate Kitchen with electric cooker, M/W, F/F, W/D, D/W etc., and covered entrance porch. 2 Bathrooms, one with electric shower over the bath, and the other with a shower cubicle etc.

1st floor: Steep stairs with a good hand rail leading to the double bedroom, triple bedroom and a long bedroom with sloping ceilings and 2 single beds, one at either end.

Children & well-behaved pet(s)* welcome (pets small extra charge)
Economy 7 night storage background heating.

Good walks, & a short drive to a wide variety of activities & places of interest. Coarse Fishing available free on the estate. Nearest Pub/Restaurant under a mile walking - torch provided
