Self-Catering Cottages

Several Cottages can be combined for larger parties, and with each of the above groups there is a Party* room with Table Tennis etc. available if certain key properties are included in the booking. All 8 together sleep 53 - 59 max / or in a variety of flexible combinations.

The small BARN behind the Farm House group* of cottages is warm, and has tables, chairs, Table Tennis, extra crockery, cutlery, glass etc., and an undercover double bay BBQ

A PARTY ROOM extension off The Old Stables* can seat up to 50 (56 max with the conservatory) for special parties, & tables can be folded away for dancing afterwards + a Music Centre with CD player, crockery etc. & separate Table Tennis

Catering can be arranged - to be "dropped off" or "served" for special occasion parties in either venue, or to any cottage - we have good Caterers who will quote to your party requirements.Also, a good choice of local take-aways available within 2 miles.

Pubs/Restaurants: a choice of 6 within 2 miles, the nearest is under a mile walking in historic Frampton on Severn.
Torches are provided in all the properties.

General Facilities in all the cottages:
Each property has colour TV/Video & DVD player, electric Cooker & Microwave, Fridge/freezer, D/W, Washing & Drying facilities, Telephone or Mobile, Hair dryer, Iron & Board, Torch, BBQ, radio/CD or cassette player and some have Log Fireplaces & a Hostess Trolley. Wines: we can put your order through our trade accounts with Wholesalers for free delivery and sale or return convenience.
We also keep a wide selection of wines in our Cellars, all good value and very reasonably priced (competitive with many Supermarkets).

Economy 7 night storage background central heating in all the Cottages, elec. charged for by meter readings (no coins req`d) - & in the West Wing Apartment only background oil fired central heating in winter months & hot water all year round is included. All properties have extra free standing electric heaters if required, and some properties have open log burning fireplaces also. Electricity & Telephone usage calculated from meter readings & logs @ £3.50 per large bag See individual cottage details.

Children: Cots / high chairs - subject to availability - please book in advance. Cot linen not provided (Govt. Regs) N.B. The West Wing high staircase & Old Stables river at the bottom of the garden are not suitable for small mobile children - exceptions made only if we are provided with an indemnity and you take full responsibility - & bring own stair-gates if required.

Pets: welcome in all properties (except West Wing & Old Stables) @ £15 per week or @ £7.50 per weekend / short break.

We have broadband internet wireless access available for visitors if urgently required.
