We have a broadband internet wireless station dedicated for use by cottage visitors if required -------------------------- Most Photographs of our Cottages were taken by www.vividphotography.co.uk Wedding Photographer & some also by www.vaughanives.co.uk Wedding Photographer		OPEN ALL YEAR - Weekends / Short Breaks & Full Weeks, on the Cotswold edge / Severn Vale in Gloucestershire - 3 miles Junction13 off M 5. 7 Cottages, 1 with level access, & a spacious Apartment in the West Wing of the Manor House, to sleep from 3 - 12 individually, or can be combined for larger groups from 16 to 26 or 28 / or 30, and up to 58 max - using sofa beds where they are described available. We live in a picturesque location on our small English country estate, and are ideally placed for Family & Friends reunions, well behaved Hens & Stags, Study Courses, special Celebrations, Walking, Golf, Fishing, etc. N.B. It is not legal now to smoke in these premises - Two Party/Play rooms are available with certain cottage combinations 1. Adjoining the Old Stables - for use when this property is booked together with the West Wing Apartment - is a large Dining / Party / or Seminar room, to seat 18 - 50+, with Table Tennis & Conservatory etc. 2. Behind the Walk Farm House Cottages is a small Barn with BBQ, Table Tennis, Wood Burning Stove, tables, chairs, crockery etc. Wedding Receptions, Garden Parties & Corporate Functions can be Catered for in the fine Reception rooms of the Manor together with a Marquee on our extensive lawns, as required.
