For all Special Occasion Celebrations at the WHITMINSTER HOUSE venues -

Full Weekend WEDDING RECEPTIONS / BIRTHDAY / ANNIVERSARY / STAG / HEN / REUNION, if catered parties;
we co-ordinate all Suppliers required, so these need to be booked through our office to ensure no slip-ups on your Special Day, but you & your family will have every opportunity and flexibility to discuss with them directly all the arrangements you want to make so that this is completely personal for you. And if you have family and friends willing to arrange the flowers and decorate in the Marquee for you, we are completely happy for them to do so.
We can help obtain flowers wholesale if required through our local supplier, but only if you wish. Ditto for whichever special Band/Music you want to have - we will be as accommodating as possible for all.

N.B. When obtaining quotes direct from any of the supplier options below, please remember to tell them the venue is at WHITMINSTER HOUSE.
- All Catered events in/on our properties need to be booked & paid for through our office. - we act as Guarantor to the suppliers - and provide any other useful information or helpful co-ordination as required.

N.B. Our own accommodations can sleep 52 (to max 59) and are available for just the Weekend, or Full Week as required. Option 1 - PREMIER - @ £3,000 + VAT* includes use of the Manor House reception rooms for the Day of the Wedding, and use of the lawns and the Marquee, BBQ, garden furniture etc. over the full weekend. Separate costs for the Accommodations, Marquee, Catering, Photographer, Wines / Beverages, Music/Entertainments & Floral arrangements etc.

Option 2 - BUDGET - now @ £1,000 + VAT* to site your Marquee on the West Wing lawn beside the Manor House and use of this for the full weekend including 2 outside loos, gazebos, BBQ & garden furniture + separate costs for the Accommodations, Marquee, Catering, Photographer, Wines / Beverages, Music/Entertainments & Floral arrangements etc.
