This property is usually booked together with the West Wing in the Manor House just opposite for large parties.

Old Stables Cottage:
sleeps 4-6
Ground floor: Entrance lobby, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room furnished with a round table & 6 chairs. Electric cooker, M/W, F/F, W/D, D/W etc. & 1 double bedroom.
1st floor: A spacious beamed sitting room (+ 3` twin chair-beds) colour TV/video/DVD & telephone. 1 double bedroom & small bathroom with sloping ceiling, elec shower over bath.
Economy 7 night storage background heating.
Good walks locally, & short drives to a variety of activities & places of interest. Coarse Fishing is available free on the estate. Nearest Pub/Restaurant under a mile walking - torch provided. This property & the West Wing are not suitable for toddlers or pets, all our other properties welcome them.
The PARTY ROOM & Conservatory off The Old Stables >> is available to use together with the West Wing &/or other near cottages for larger groups - seats 18 to 40+. There is also Table Tennis, CD player, hostess trolley & sometimes Karaoke* available there. Party Catering can be arranged - see our list of Caterers

- as a SEMINAR ROOM - The Old Stables extension can be booked for: Lectures / Work Groups / small Conferences etc. - for mid-week breaks, as available, & Catering can be arranged to suit your programme. Ample Power points provided for you to bring any special equipment you require: Projector - etc.
