An attractive conversion, has its own BBQ & walled garden & lawn beside a stream. With this property comes use also of the large party room for 18 to 50, & table tennis.  This property is usually booked together with the West Wing in the Manor House just opposite for large parties. Ample parking in the yard between. We can recommend Caterers to quote for your choice of evening function or day study / bonding groups, etc .

Old Stables Cottage: sleeps 4 - 6

Ground floor: Entrance lobby, fully-equipped kitchen/dining room furnished with a round table & 6 chairs. Electric cooker, M/W, F/F, W/D, D/W etc. & 1 double bedroom.

1st floor: A spacious beamed sitting room (+ 3` twin chair-beds) colour TV/video/DVD & telephone. 1 double bedroom & small bathroom with sloping ceiling, electric shower over the bath.

Economy 7 night storage background heating.

Good walks locally, & short drives to a variety of activities & places of interest. Coarse Fishing is available free on the estate. Nearest Pub/Restaurant under a mile walking - torch provided.
This property & the West Wing are not suitable for toddlers or pets, all our other properties welcome them.


The PARTY ROOM extension off The Old Stables >>
is available to use together with the West Wing &/or other near cottages for larger groups - seats 18 to approx 50+ There is also Table Tennis, a CD Music player, extra crockery, cutlery, glass, china, hostess trolley, chairs, & fold-away tables (in case you wish to make space for dancing afterwards) & a Conservatory.  Catering can be arranged.

OR - as a SEMINAR ROOM - The Old Stables extension can be booked for Lectures / Work Groups / small Conferences etc.  - for mid-week breaks, as available, & Catering can be arranged to suit & fit in with your programme. 
Ample Power points are provided for you to bring any special equipment you require:  Projector, Screen, etc.
