A spacious Apartment in the  Historic Manor House offers generous accommodation for larger groups.
The West Wing also has private use of a large lawn with 3 bay BBQ & some lawn games.  
 
 And, if booked together with the
Old Stables can sleep groups of 16 -18 or 26 - 28 when including the Lodge & Church Cottages also.  There is ample parking.
 
The West Wing sleeps 12
1st floor: The large Sitting room is the old family schoolroom with attractive panelling and a large open log fireplace,  with colour TV/video/DVD & telephone, leading to the semi-ensuite double bedroom with kingsize bed & bathroom with electric shower over the bath, & a small kitchen/breakfast room fully equipped with electric cooker, M/W, F/F, D/W, W/D. etc. Also a further 2 bedrooms on the same floor, a twin bedroom with basin, & double bedroom with 4 poster bed & basin.

2nd floor: 2 double bedrooms, another twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a separate shower room. A large kitchen fully equipped for 12+  including D/W, F/F, M/W, W/D, electric cooker etc. Large separate dining room to seat 12+  with an extra seated area & 2nd TV.

High spirited noise is never a problem in this House, the walls are very thick & we live at the other end. We only object to damage. Calls from the tel. in the West Wing to us are NOT charged. Please ring for any information required.

Heating: For this property only is included: reasonable use of hot water all year round & oil fired central heating during winter months   Extras: Logs @ £3.50 per large bag, BBQ if used, Wines - House Red & White on sale or return @ £4.99e, & Sparkling @ £6.99, or a much wider choice from our Cellars. 
Electricity & telephone use (except calls to me) are charged as per the meter readings – no coins required. 

N.B. This Apartment is best suited to Adult groups. If you bring small mobile children we will require a letter of indemnity in case they escape your attention and are drawn to play on the wide landings of the high staircase - see pic - or wander towards the River which flows through our private garden. Babies in cots are O.K.
Pets generally not allowed in this property or the Old Stables, but occasional exceptions for special cases. 
All of our other properties accept pets, if required.

The PARTY ROOM & Conservatory off The Old Stables >>
is available to use together with the West Wing &/or other near cottages for larger groups - seats 18 to 50+. There is also Table Tennis, a CD player, hostess trolley and extra fridge/freezer.
Special party Catering can be arranged.
OR
 - as a SEMINAR ROOM - The Old Stables extension can
 be booked for: Lectures / Work Groups / small Conferences etc. - for mid-week breaks, as available, & Catering can be arranged to suit your programme.  Ample Power points provided
for you to bring any special equipment you require: Projector - etc.
