Family-run, Whitminster offers a delightful venue for wonderful weekend-long events where you can personalise your own Special Day to be just as you dreamed. With spacious grounds for a glamorous marquee, and the church just steps away, what could be more romantic?!
All Wedding Receptions at Whitminster House now include the West Wing, Old Stables, Harness Rooms and Lodge Cottage to guarantee complete exclusivity and ample parking for your unique Event.
These provide self-catering accommodation for 22-24* close family and friends over the FULL WEEKEND from Friday 4 p.m. through to Sunday evening or Monday 10 a.m. (same rate). We can offer the immediate bridal party to arrive on Thursday pm (no extra charge).
All remaining cottages on the Whitminster House Estate can be booked also, subject to availability, at the rates quoted on the 'Seasonal Rates' page.
In total, Whitminster House Cottages can accommodate 49 (*up to 54) guests.
A few Yurts or Bell Tents for additional guests can be pitched within the grounds at a small extra charge. Local B&Bs, hotels and a Travel Lodge can provide further accommodation nearby.
