• Sleeps 12: 3 x Double bedrooms, 3 x Twin bedrooms (1x Twin can be converted to a Double upon request).​​

• 1st Floor: One Twin and two Double bedrooms (two of which have basins), a spacious Sitting room (the Victorian School Room) with open fireplace, a smaller 2nd Kitchen/Breakfast room. Bathroom (with bath and over-bath shower).​

• 2nd Floor: One Twin and two Double bedrooms, large Dining room overlooking the play lawns, full size Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms & separate Shower room.

• Heating: hot water all year round and oil-fired central heating during winter months is included for the West Wing Apartment only.

• Free Wi-Fi.

• Outside: Spacious play lawns within the Victorian Walled Garden for your exclusive use complete with Gas BBQ, covered Arbours, night lighting, garden furniture, outdoor fridges, extra outdoor loos. Connections for Water & Electricity if you wish to hire in Hot Tubs, Bouncy Castles, Marquee etc.

• Ample off-road parking & additional overflow parking near in the old Rose Garden.​

• N.B. The West Wing has a high staircase.

• Also, Manor Houses historically have churches nearby; the church by Whitminster House has a clock modelled on Big Ben which chimes every quarter hour, to the delight of many guests.
